Friendly, professional - great service

Came here for the first time yesterday to have my ear wax removed as could no longer hear out of my ear! The lady at reception and the lady who removed my ear wax were extremely friendly and professional! Couldn’t believe how fast and easy the process was and was given great recommendations for how to deal with it at home if the situation repeats itself. Really happy with the service, would definitely recommend! Glad I can now hear again!

I've been anxious about the possibility of having to wear hearing aids for most of my life. I've walked past Altrincham Hearing Centre a number of times and finally found the courage to go inside. The decision has changed my life. They are really friendly and helpful and I can wear my hearing aids without being self conscious about them. Thank you.

For 2 weeks I had been suffering with a totally blocked left ear. I had been back and forth to chemists using different oils but nothing had worked and dipping my head underwater made things worse! I booked my appointment last night and attended this morning. My left ear is now unblocked after using the vacuum and hot water because the wax was so far down! and my right ear is now also clean, this also had wax in there that I didn't even know about! Highly recommended, next time I won't wait until it's really bad.

The service from Altrincham Hearing Centre has been excellent. I found it very easy to book an appointment and everything was timely and well-organised. The audiologists identified and fixed my hearing issue quickly, and now it is as though I have new ears. Would highly recommend!

Booked in for a hearing test and as a young adult they were happy to help me with any questions I had and did not try to turn me away as I'm "too young". I’ve been really impressed with the advice and service from Altrincham Hearing Centre. Having read the Which Report with regards to hearing aids, I was very keen to use a local independent specialist that was truly able to provide advice / recommendations based on the whole range of hearing aid manufacturers (unlike some of the big providers who are more likely to recommend a particular brand). AHC we’re excellent at understanding my very bespoke needs and recommending the most suitable hearing aids. The team at AHC are very friendly and welcoming, the pricing is good and the follow up care excellent. Well done.

I'm so pleased with the result of my treatment . Before my treatment I had very minimal hearing and was so frustrated. The clinic was lovely with very friendly professional staff .I has micro suction in both my ears and feel like a new woman I've got a new lease of life. Thankyou so much .
